Common civil liability insurance

This kind of insurance is directed to protection of property interests of the Insured, connected with liability for responsibilities, arisen in case of causation of harm to life, health or property of the injured by the Insured due to execution of activity by the Insured indicated in the insurance agreement​.

Risks, which our policy covers:

Insurance agreement is concluded in case of unintentional causation of harm to life, health or property of the injured: visitors, guests, clients, attendees, lessors, other lessees and their employees, passersby, etc. – as a result of execution of activity by the Insured indicated in the insurance agreement, including as a result of activity of the Insured’s employees, connected with client servicing:

• maintenance and operation of buildings, constructions, premises (including weightlifting mechanisms thereof: elevators, escalators, etc.), communications (including routine repair of buildings and engineering building systems), as well as adjacent territory, unless otherwise stipulated by the insurance agreement;
• organization and conduction of public events (entertainment, sports and health improving, cultural, public: festivals, exhibitions, shows of various kind, concerts, recitals, public joys, etc.);
• other kinds of activity.

A risk of occurrence of court costs, incurred by the Insured or subject to incur by him/ her in connection with placement of indemnification demand on him / her can be additionally included to the insurance agreement.

Sums insured (liability limits):

Liability limits are fixed in insurance agreement by agreement of the parties.
